The “Learner Today, Leader Tomorrow” project, implemented by Champions Factory, aimed to combat youth unemployment in Europe by empowering young people through the development of leadership and employability skills. The project involved practical training sessions on entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal development, and promoted European cooperation among youth workers. By providing participants with new skills, boosting their confidence, and encouraging international collaboration, the project significantly contributed to the personal and professional growth of young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities.

The project conveyed specific knowledge and methods to youth workers on youth leadership through NFE and sport; also we conveyed the values of cohesion and enhanced the promotion of cooperation
PROJECT’S OBJECTIVES
The project ‘Learner Today, Leader Tomorrow’ aimed to promote European cooperation among EU member countries, create international collaboration between professionals, familiarize youth workers with Non-Formal Education (NFE) tools, enhance employability skills among young participants, strengthen communication skills, and empower participants to act as multipliers in their local communities.
Project ACTIVITIES
Learner Today, Leader Tomorrow” were all reached and the project:
- promoted European cooperation and cooperation among EU member countries
- created international cooperation between professionals from numerous counties
- familiarised youth workers with NFE tools that focus on improving certain skills and attitudes and changed the employability status of the young persons involved.
- provided participants with the skills and tools needed to tackle youth unemployment
- strengthened participants communication skills including public speaking, presentation skills, intercultural and cross-cultural communication.
- empowered participants to act as multipliers of the gain competencies in their local communities
The project involved 36 mobilities, as out of the total number 8 young people were with fewer opportunities.
