Education Without Borders
The project will involve 10 Trainers active staff members of MVI and 3 MVI Board Members (Job Shadowing), with the aim of supporting the development of an internal pool of qualified NFE Trainers and fostering the enhancement of the Network’s European activity (in terms of both number and quality) within the Adult education field.

Project ACTIVITIES
1- Training Course in Cyprus on Employability for migrant Adults involving 5 Trainers of MVI. The main focus will be the development of knowledge, competences and NFE instruments to foster empowerment and employability of disadvantaged Adult targets.
2- Training Course in Iceland on Climate Change, Art and Craftsmanship called “Climate Change, Craft and Art” for sentitive migrant Adult categories, involving 5 MVI Trainers. The focus will be on developing knowledge and NFE methods to promote dialogue on Climate change strategies and inclusive attitudes among migrant and conventional Adult categories through Art, Craftsmanship.
2- Job Shadowing at CRN (Berlin, Germany), involving 3 MVI Board Members. The focus will be on exchanging knowledge and methods of environmental education and project design in the Adult field, as well as on developing joint project proposals and partnership arrangements.
