Educate Educator
Educate Educators is an Adult education staff mobility project. It aims at providing the applicant organization with the staff and organizational capacities to deliver on this crucial purposes through innovative methodologies capable of enhancing its outreach to the target audience as well as the number and quality of its activities in a local and European perspective. This project involves 2 Training courses and 1 Job Shadowing where Raibais Kakis staff members will gain their experience using NFE and Outdoor Education.

Project ACTIVITIES
- Mobility of 5 trainers from Raibais Kakis to Italy (MVNGO) – for attending a Training Course on the use of Non Formal Education targeted young adults;
- Mobility of 5 trainers from Raibais Kakis to Athens (DOREA) – for attending a Training Course on the use of Outdoor Education targeted young adults;
- Job Shadowing involving 2 members of Raibais Kakis staff in the premises of the Italian partner MVNGO, focused on exchanging knowledge and good practices as well as on developing specific schemes of cooperation in the field of Erasmus Plus Adult.
