Higher Education and Mobility (HEI)

Since 2014, MVNGO has managed the National Higher Education Consortium (NHEI), one of Italy’s leading initiatives for international mobility. This program supports professors, staff, and students in accessing training and internships across borders.

Key Achievements:

  • Partnering with eight prominent Italian universities, including Tor Vergata University of Rome, University of Sassari, and University of Messina.
  • Facilitating international mobility for up to 200 students annually for internships and collaborative projects.
  • Operating seamlessly from 2023 to 2027, with a focus on cross-border collaboration and professional growth.

Vocational Education and Training (VET)

Since 2012, MVNGO has been at the forefront of designing and implementing vocational training internship projects for high school students at the national level. With a strong foundation in the Leonardo program, MVNGO has continued to expand its reach and impact through Erasmus+ VET KA1 initiatives.

Key Activities and Contributions:

  • Facilitating Work-Based Learning (WBL) experiences for incoming and outgoing trainees under European and non-European programs.
  • Acting as a hosting and coordinating organization for VET mobilities, bridging the gap between learners and potential hosting companies.
  • Collaborating with Italian high schools to develop Erasmus+ KA1 proposals focused on education and vocational training.
  • Hosting informative sessions for young interns at its headquarters in Sassari, Northern Sardinia.
  • Coordinating staff and teacher mobility programs, including on-site study visits to local educational institutions.
