Within the framework of the Erasmus+ project European Centres of Vocational Excellence in Apiculture (BeeLieve), a 5-day international training course for beekeepers will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, in June 2026. The mobility will involve 6 professional beekeepers and aims to enhance skills, knowledge exchange, and cooperation in the field of apiculture.

The training course will focus on developing advanced skills in beekeeping through practical and collaborative learning approaches. Participants will explore sustainable practices, hive management techniques, and strategies for controlling bee diseases, while engaging with innovative methodologies such as gamification and blended learning.
The activity will encourage the exchange of experiences and best practices among participants, contributing to the development of a strong European network of beekeeping professionals. It will also support the creation of regional skills ecosystems and promote high-quality vocational education and training in apiculture.
Participants will receive an information pack prior to the activity, including practical details and the training agenda. Preparatory and follow-up activities will ensure effective learning outcomes and long-term impact within the BeeLieve project framework.
