 OBIETTIVI DEL PROGETTO 

1. Provide timely, data-driven insights into the integration environment for Ukrainian women and deploy a digital One-Stop-Shop platform at EU level.  
2. Strengthen the capacities of trainers and mentors to deliver targeted, gender-sensitive integration support.  
3. Foster whole-family integration and social cohesion through local family mentorship circles.  
4. Support Ukrainian women’s labour integration through tailored training in civic participation, employability and digital skills.  
5. Develop and disseminate scalable good-practice models for future integration initiatives and advocate for policy implementation.

APPROCCIO / METODOLOGIA 

U-CIRCLE applies a transnational, gender-sensitive and whole-family methodology, combining evidence generation, digital innovation, community-based mentoring, capacity building and labour market integration. The approach follows a progressive pathway from needs assessment and foresight analysis, to practitioner training and family mentorship, and finally to employability support, work-based learning and policy uptake, with local adaptation ensured through Integration Focal Networks in participating countries. 

 ATTIVITÀ DEL PROGETTO 

• Transnational Project Meetings & Coordination – regular consortium meetings, steering activities and cross-country coordination to ensure coherent project implementation.  

• Foresight Monitoring, Surveys & Interviews – collection of quantitative and qualitative data to identify emerging integration challenges and needs of Ukrainian women.  

• Transnational Validation Workshop – joint review of national findings, case studies and foresight results with stakeholders from participating countries.  

• National Roundtables & Integration Focal Networks – creation of multi-stakeholder networks involving public authorities, CSOs, employers and migrant-led organisations.  

• One-Stop-Shop App Development & Pilot Testing – development and testing of a multilingual digital platform providing access to integration, employment and family-related services.  

• Community Integration Taskforces & Practitioner Training – preparation of outreach officers, family workers and Ukrainian mentors to deliver gender-sensitive and family-centred support.  

• Family Mentorship & Local Workshops – group workshops and individual mentoring sessions addressing integration, rights, childcare, confidence, digital literacy and community participation.  

• Community-Led Micro-Projects – small local initiatives co-designed with Ukrainian women to foster participation, belonging and social cohesion.  

• Training of Trainers (ToT) – preparation of trainers able to replicate the project methodology and support future capacity-building activities.  

• Needs & Skills Assessments – individual assessment of qualifications, professional experience, digital skills, care responsibilities and employment barriers.  

• Employer Orientation Sessions – dialogue and matchmaking sessions with employers, chambers, unions and public employment services.  

• Employability & Digital Skills Training – online training on labour rights, job-search skills, CVs, interviews, networking and digital tools.  

• Work-Based Learning & Job Shadowing – practical workplace experiences with employers applying gender-sensitive and family-inclusive approaches.  

• Transnational Online Job Fair – online event connecting Ukrainian women with employers and vocational training providers across participating countries.  

• Storytelling, Policy & Dissemination Activities – production of case studies, videos, policy briefs and employer recommendations to promote project results.  

• Final International Workshop & Sustainability Activities – presentation of project outcomes and development of pathways for replication, institutional uptake and long-term sustainability.
