SheLeads – Building a European Network for Young Women's Leadership in the Non-profit Sector
SheLeads is a transnational initiative designed to empower women of all generations — with a strong focus on young and emerging leaders — who are engaged in volunteering, civic action, or nonprofit work across Europe. Despite their high engagement, many women face systemic barriers to leadership, limited access to EU-level participation, and a disconnect between local actions and broader policy influence. SheLeads directly addresses this gap by building a European network that fosters leadership development, intergenerational exchange, and meaningful participation in shaping the future of the Union.
