Stimulating creativity in digitalization era!
“CAZE” project was a KA2 strategic partnership aimed at promoting social integration and inclusion by retraining youth Caze facing social exclusion and who can capitalize on their basic skills in EU countries and developed activities that lead to improved practical skills through an innovative educational format. Through the project we developed tools to provide integrative support for cross-cutting, entrepreneurial and trade skills through an electronic platform to sell their handmade ethnic and traditional products.

TARGET GROUPs
Young people from rural areas working in crafts, migrant, young people with limited opportunities, all of them form our target group “CAZE”.
Youth workers and specialized staff in the field of integration of youth, especially at the local level of the participating organizations, specialists in the digital field.
PROJECT’S OBJECTIVES:
- Developing the capacity for self-entrepreneurship for youth from target group a sustainable and independent life;
- Promoting the social inclusion of youth target group “CAZE” in EU countries by empowering them to enter the labor market through newly acquired skills.
- Development of digital skills in the field of new technologies, promoting interaction between participants and specialists- mentors in the digital field;
- We were enhancing the capacity of organisations to work at international level by implementing a European project.

PROJECT INTELLECTUAL OUTPUTS:
The following activities were implemented within the framework of the project:
- An Educational Training Format for up-skilling youth CAZE. The Format tested and validated to teach basic, transversal and entrepreneurial skills applied especially in the field of craft.
- An e-commerce platform “CAZE” directed to youth handicraft products. This platform is used during the mobilities so that youth get used to it after the project completion. The platform is multilingual and easily meaningful both for customers and for youth.
- A comprehensive set of digital tools supporting the e-commerce platform guided youth CAZE in their e-commerce self-entrepreneurial path.
In the framework of the project, the following results and outcomes were delivered:
- increased self-esteem and self-confidence;
- increased the chances of integration and social inclusion;
- greater dynamics of the relationship between youth; each participant discovered and learned about different aspects of manufacturing in the country of each participant and partner countries; exchanged experience and good practices; development of language skills;
LEARNING ACTIVITIES
C1 Italia July 2023
N° of participants: : 56 participants, including 14 youth workers. Every partner involved in mobility will send 8 youth CAZE and 2 youth worker.
Age: 18-35
Profile: The goal of the mobility training was to train youth CAZE crafts persons on basic, transversal, and soft skills to improve their mastery of communication and behavioral techniques. The blended mobility training tested the Ethnicraft training format created in PPR1. Participants and trainers provided feedback on the training format, which was collected and integrated into a revised version of the training format methodology.
