The project “For me, for All” (4ME4ALL) addresses the topic of inclusion, participation in physical activity and health promotion, according to the EU Guidelines. In this segment, “For me, For all” aims to include children and adolescents at risk in sport using former elite athletes as tutors, providing the possibility of carrying out internships in clubs, promoting equality in opportunity and access, inclusion and equity of children and adolescents at risk.

PROJECT’S OBJECTIVES
SO1-to design and develop self-report measurement in social and emotional skills for children and adolescents at risk to support stakeholders to recognize and promote life skills among youth in institutional care.
SO2-to develop e-learning content and train the tutors about the importance of physical activity in green contexts as a promoter of physical and mental health.
SO3–to develop processes of tutoring by former athletes using social and emotional skills strategies
SO4-Increase sport stakeholders’ and policy maker’s awareness about the benefits of using green physical activity facilities for awareness, knowledge and behavioural of children and adolescents at risk in sports research, education,and policy-making, and to stimulate future innovative educational methods for promoting inclusion and equity of children and adolescents at risk.
APPROACH / METHODOLOGY
For Me For All project will follow a methodology defined by the ADDIE Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model in every part of the project. The ADDIE model is a well-used framework for building effective training and performance support tools, and understands the following phases: 1 – Analysis; 2- Design; 3 – Development; 4 – Implementation; 5 – Evaluation.
