Target Groups:

Project Objectives:
- Reduced gender-based violence, especially sexual harassment, by building capacities of 10 partner organizations to implement prevention programs and campaigns at European, national, and local levels, both online and offline.
Project Activities:
Mobility Activities:

Seminar on sexual and gender-based violence among youth
- Focused on understanding and addressing issues related to sexual and gender-based violence, preparing participants to implement prevention programs.

Two trainings:
- Fought against and prevented sexual cyber-bullying and sexting, including art therapy: Equipped participants with skills to combat online forms of sexual harassment through creative approaches.
- How to ran a campaign against gender-based violence and cyber-bullying: Trained on effective campaign strategies, incorporating digital and offline methods.

Created texts and videos for webinars: During mobilities, participants developed content for educational webinars aimed at spreading awareness and prevention strategies.

Job shadowing: Partners from Italy, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina hosted volunteers from all partner organizations. This activity aimed to exchange knowledge, best practices, and practical skills in implementing gender-based violence prevention initiatives.
Overall Impact: The project aimed to empower youth workers and educators with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively combat gender-based violence, particularly sexual harassment, across Europe. By training a large number of youth workers and reaching out to a significant number of young people through campaigns, the project sought to create a lasting impact on social attitudes and behaviors towards gender equality and safety.
