NEETActive: Combining Sport, Fun and Environmental Consciousness
The NEETActive project aims to improve environmental awareness and social inclusion among young people aged 18–30 who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEETs). By integrating outdoor sports with sustainability education, the initiative uses non-formal learning to help participants in urban and suburban areas gain confidence, social skills, and a sense of purpose.

APPROACH / METHODOLOGY
The chosen methodology for this project centers on incorporating orienteering and football as innovative and inclusive approaches within the non – formal education (NFE) methodology. Together, they constitute an innovative set of physical activities aimed at promoting the psycho – physical well – being of th e NEETs involved, fostering their social inclusion and encouraging greater awareness of environmental issues.
Project Results: Key results include the creation of Innovative Educational Modules, integrating best practices in sports, social inclusion, and environmental education, and an Online Toolkit offering practical workshops for youth workers.
