Educators will develop the skills needed to effectively use the MOOC platform and replicate the training in their own organisations and countries, ensuring the long-term sustainability and wider impact of the project. Learners will play a key role in evaluating the quality, accessibility, and relevance of the educational materials from the end-user perspective.

The training also provides an opportunity for intercultural learning, international networking, and the exchange of good practices in vocational education, digital learning, and environmental sustainability.

Are you an educator or learner interested in innovative digital education and international collaboration?

We are looking for 2 educators and 2 learners from Italy, preferably from the Veneto region, to participate in an exciting 5-day international training mobility focused on testing and improving our new MOOC learning platform.

Selection process

Participants will be selected through an open, transparent, and non-discriminatory selection process, ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants.

A preparatory meeting before departure to ensure participants are fully informed and supported.

Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive:

• Europass Mobility Certificate
• Certificates for the completed MOOC modules

Educators – to gain practical skills in using the platform and learn how to deliver the course in their home countries.

Learners – to test the platform and provide valuable feedback on the learning experience and educational content.

The international training includes:

• Insights into the project, its objectives, and the partner organisations 
• Interactive workshops and MOOC-based learning sessions to strengthen knowledge and practical skills 
• Study visits and hands-on learning experiences showcasing good practices 
• Collaborative group work, networking opportunities, and intercultural exchange with participants from different countries 
• Reflection, evaluation, and recognition of learning through certification

• Duration: 5 training days + 2 travel days
• Language: English (minimum B1/intermediate level required)

• Expenses relevant to eventual accommodation, travel and food will be covered to the specific amount.
