Una giornata all'insegna dello \"Sport per tutti\" organizzata dalla UISP di Sassari e da Mine Vaganti NGO, due delle cinque organizzazioni italiane che fanno parte della Rete dell'ISCA che organizza la Settimana europea dello sport, MOVE Week<\/strong>.
\nDomenica 5 ottobre 2014, nel fantastico scenario del Parco di Bunnari a Sassari varie attivit\u00e0 sportive<\/strong> sono state proposte:
\nCorsa, Trekking, Ginnastica Dolce, Arrampicata, Tiro con l\u2019Arco, Equitazione, Attiivit\u00e0 propedeutica al Surf, Mini Volley, Basket 3\u00d73, Pallamano, Ballo Sardo, Sport ed Educazione Non Formale.
\nLa giornata ha avuto anche momenti di intrattenimento, natura, musica e rinfresco con ingresso gratuito.
\nL'evento fa parte della Campagna europea Now We Move<\/strong>.
\nNow we Move \u00e8 una campagna europea, organizzata da ISCA (International Sport and Culture Association)<\/strong> in collaborazione con ECF (European Cyclists\u2019 Federation)<\/strong> che mira a combattere gli stili di vita sedentari, invertire i dati preoccupanti sull'attivit\u00e0 fisica tra i giovani e gli anziani in Europa e portare il maggior numero possibile di cittadini a stili di vita sani attraverso una corretta attivit\u00e0 fisica<\/strong>.
