{"id":5265,"date":"2015-04-11T17:17:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-11T17:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/minevaganti.org\/?p=5265"},"modified":"2020-06-19T10:30:51","modified_gmt":"2020-06-19T10:30:51","slug":"mvngo-eyf-gender-human-rights-in-sardinia-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/minevaganti.org\/it\/mvngo-eyf-gender-human-rights-in-sardinia-2\/","title":{"rendered":"MVNGO EYF 2014 &#8220;Gender Human Rights in Sardinia&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"5265\" class=\"elementor elementor-5265\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-389741cc elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"389741cc\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1e2b269d\" data-id=\"1e2b269d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-210c150b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"210c150b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>MVNGO EYF 2014 &#8220;Gender Human Rights in Sardinia&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LUOGO E DATA: Sassari, Italia 11-15 aprile 2014 (giorni di viaggio inclusi).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PARTECIPANTI: 20 partecipanti (educatori, operatori sociali, animatori, insegnanti, funzionari pubblici) provenienti dalla Sardegna.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LINGUA: Le lingue di lavoro erano l'inglese e l'italiano.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L'obiettivo principale della CT \u00e8 stato quello di <strong>sviluppare le conoscenze e le competenze dei giovani leader e degli educatori, mettendoli in grado di formare i ragazzi della scuola secondaria sui diritti umani e sui metodi di educazione non formale (NFE)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L'ONG ospitante, Mine Vaganti NGO (MVNGO) promuove <strong>L'ENF come strumento di supporto all'istruzione formale per promuovere il rispetto dei diritti umani di genere.<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il TC \u00e8 stato progettato per esplorare <strong>diversi strumenti e metodi di lavoro nelle scuole, nelle aziende, nelle ONG o nei centri educativi.<\/strong> Il progetto ha condiviso e promosso strategie per lavorare come sistema, per migliorare le loro capacit\u00e0 e sviluppare nuove competenze.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Obiettivi:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">- A <strong>discutere l'esperienza attuale dei partecipanti in materia di NFE e sottolineare l'importanza dell'educazione ai diritti di genere a scuola<\/strong>;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">- Per introdurre \"<strong>Questioni di genere\" e \"Bussola\".<\/strong> e sviluppare le competenze dei partecipanti nell'adattamento delle attivit\u00e0 di questi manuali;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">- Esaminare il tema della <strong>violenza di genere<\/strong> nell'ambito dell'educazione ai diritti umani;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">- Allarme <strong>giovani educatori<\/strong> per integrare l'educazione al genere nel loro curriculum e aiutare a selezionare i materiali per la fase iniziale.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elementi principali del programma:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il programma prevedeva: familiarizzazione con il manuale del COE \"Questioni di genere\" e con Compass; seminari, giochi di ruolo e workshop su \"La convenzione UE sui diritti umani (HR)\"; introduzione al Cedaw; diritti sociali e di genere, violenza domestica, genere e stereotipi; esclusione basata sul genere; genere e media; solidariet\u00e0 HR.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L'importanza dell'educazione di genere e la sua influenza sulla formazione dell'atteggiamento dei bambini sono state discusse in modo adeguato.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I formatori hanno fornito esempi teorici e pratici su come impartire lezioni di NFE ai giovani su questioni di genere e diritti umani.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sono state aperte discussioni plenarie su ogni argomento, sono stati proiettati audio-diari che riflettono storie di violenza di genere e materiale video.
