L\u2019Isola della Sardegna \u00e8 attualmente impegnata a lottare contro la disoccupazione giovanile e lo spopolamento giovanile causato dalla mancanza di opportunit\u00e0 di lavoro. disoccupazione giovanile e spopolamento giovanile<\/strong> causata dalla mancanza di opportunit\u00e0 di lavoro. Al giorno d'oggi, i giovani (soprattutto quelli con qualifiche pi\u00f9 elevate) si trasferiscono all'estero per cercare lavoro, provocando desolazione e frustrazione soprattutto nelle aree periferiche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Il resto della popolazione giovanile \u00e8 totalmente demotivato.
\nI giovani sono il fattore chiave del successo della regione. Per questo la Sardegna ha bisogno di giovani informati e attivi pronti ad assumersi responsabilit\u00e0 civiche<\/strong> garantendo cos\u00ec il rafforzamento della nostra giovane democrazia e della societ\u00e0 civile in futuro. \u00c8 quindi essenziale per il futuro della societ\u00e0 sarda concentrarsi sui temi dell'educazione dei propri giovani, sviluppando le loro capacit\u00e0 partecipative e di leadership e stimolando il loro attivismo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Il progetto Leaders of Tomorrow ha coinvolto oltre 450 partecipanti diretti e si \u00e8 basato sull'empowerment di animatori giovanili, insegnanti e rappresentanti delle autorit\u00e0 locali<\/strong> cercando di promuovere l'attivismo civico e la partecipazione come valori democratici fondamentali e strumenti della societ\u00e0 civile.<\/p>\n

Il principale effetto a lungo termine del programma \u00e8 il significativo aumento del coinvolgimento dei giovani nei processi decisionali provocando un effetto moltiplicatore a livello locale. E\u2019 stata inoltre prevista e conseguita la realizzazione e la diffusione di materiali promozionali, oltre all\u2019implementazione di programmi di sensibilizzazione con l\u2019obiettivo di raggiungere, grazie ai media, oltre un milione di spettatori.<\/p>\n
