Chance for a Change<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

\"Chance for a Change\" si \u00e8 tenuto in Sardegna nel 2014.<\/p>\n

La promozione di Green Skills<\/strong> in Sardegna \u00e8 stato l'obiettivo principale del progetto concesso dalla Fondazione Banco di Sardegna.<\/p>\n

Questo progetto \u00e8 stato realizzato nella provincia di Olbia Tempio.<\/p>\n

Seguendo l'attuale crisi economica del settore turistico<\/strong>, gran parte della popolazione di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 18 e i 32 anni, soprattutto le donne, un tempo impiegate almeno stagionalmente nel settore turistico, \u00e8 disoccupata o, peggio ancora, non occupata.<\/p>\n

In questo contesto \u00e8 necessario sviluppare nuove competenze per garantire la possibilit\u00e0 di ideare nuove forme di occupazione e di lavoro autonomo<\/strong> che devono essere compatibili con l'economia turistica che caratterizza la Regione Gallura.<\/p>\n

Abbiamo proposto di creare nuove competenze artistiche e tecniche<\/strong> nella raccolta di materiali inquinanti per la creazione di prodotti \"verdi\" (riciclati) che abbiano un reale valore d'uso (ad esempio, lampade, portaoggetti, oggetti di giardinaggio, piccoli mobili per la casa ecc.)<\/p>\n

L'obiettivo \u00e8 stato quindi quello di creare e sviluppare nei destinatari di seconda istanza un insieme di competenze verdi che sono la condizione necessaria per un possibile sviluppo di tecniche di trattamento dei \"rifiuti\", urbani e non, innescando cos\u00ec delle competenze professionali nel contesto di una nuova green economy.<\/p>\n
