Il nostro progetto mira a rispondere alla sfida dell\u2019esclusione sociale delle minoranze etniche in Europa, con particolare attenzione alla questione della prevenzione del razzismo nello sport, soprattutto tra i giovani.<\/p><p><strong>Inizio:<\/strong> 01-12-2022 \u2013 <strong>Fine:<\/strong> 30-11-2024<br \/><strong>Riferimento del Progetto: <\/strong>101090575<\/p><p><strong>Programma<\/strong>: Erasmus+<br \/>Azione chiave: <strong>Collaborazione tra organizzazioni e istituzioni<br \/><\/strong>Tipo di azione: <strong>Piccolo partenariato collaborativo legato allo Sport<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>PARTNER DEL PROGETTO:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>REGIONALNE CENTRUM WOLONTARIATU - POLONIA<\/li><li>MUNDUS BULGARIA - BULGARIA<\/li><li>ASSOCIAZIONE SPORTIVA DILETTANTISTICA MARGHERITA SPORT E VITA - ITALIA<\/li><li>MV INTERNATIONAL - ITALIA<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>TEMI DEL PROGETTO:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Promuovere l'integrit\u00e0 e i valori nello sport<\/li><li>promuovere i valori positivi dello sport<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>GRUPPI TARGET<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Giovani atleti locali e appartenenti a minoranze etniche di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 18 e i 35 anni<\/li><li>Educatori interni, formatori e coach<\/li><li>Soggetti esterni, come scuole, club sportivi e ONG.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>OBIETTIVI DEL PROGETTO<\/strong><\/p><p>- Aumentare la comprensione reciproca tra le diverse comunit\u00e0 etniche.<\/p><p>- Contrastare il razzismo e la discriminazione attraverso l'educazione<\/p><p>- Promuovere le metodologie ETS come strumento per i risultati dell'apprendimento a lungo termine<\/p><p><strong>APPROCCIO \/ METODOLOGIA<\/strong><\/p><p>Per raggiungere gli obiettivi del progetto, i partner hanno deciso di utilizzare la metodologia \u201cEducazione attraverso lo sport\u201d (ETS). Questo per il seguente motivo: nell\u2019ETS, gli elementi sportivi sono considerati veicoli educativi per migliorare le competenze sociali, le competenze trasversali e le capacit\u00e0 di apprendimento dei gruppi target a cui si rivolgono. La metodologia ETS sar\u00e0 utilizzata in particolare durante ogni attivit\u00e0 locale, dove si svolgeranno tornei sportivi che includeranno sia giovani appartenenti a minoranze etniche sia giovani atleti locali, in grado di aiutare a superare le barriere comunicative e ad aumentare la comprensione reciproca.<\/p><p><strong>RISULTATI DEL PROGETTO<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">IO 1: Ricerca sulle buone pratiche sui bisogni dei due gruppi target: allenatori ed educatori sportivi di ONG e giovani atleti appartenenti a minoranze etniche.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">IO 2: Formato di formazione GREW<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">IO 3: \u201cGREW Manuale sulla prevenzione del razzismo tra i giovani<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>ATTIVIT\u00c0 DEL PROGETTO<\/strong><\/p><p>Riunioni transnazionali dei partner (TPM):<\/p><ul><li>Riunione di avvio, Kielce, Polonia, Partecipanti:10<\/li><li>Riunione intermedia, Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, Partecipanti:10<\/li><li>Riunione intermedia, Sassari, Italia, Partecipanti:10<\/li><li>Riunione di valutazione finale, Barletta, Italia, Partecipanti:10<\/li><\/ul><p>Attivit\u00e0 locali:<\/p><ul><li>Formazione locale per ognuna delle organizzazioni partner.
