Il progetto coinvolger\u00e0 10 formatori attivi del MVI e 3 membri del consiglio di amministrazione del MVI (Job Shadowing), con l'obiettivo di sostenere lo sviluppo di un pool interno di formatori qualificati NFE e di promuovere il miglioramento dell'attivit\u00e0 europea della rete (sia in termini di numero che di qualit\u00e0) nel campo dell'educazione degli adulti.<\/p>

1- T<\/span>Corso di formazione a Cipro<\/span>\u00a0sull'occupabilit\u00e0 per gli adulti migranti che coinvolge 5 formatori del MVI. L'obiettivo principale sar\u00e0 lo sviluppo<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>delle conoscenze, delle competenze e degli strumenti dell'NFE per promuovere\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>empowerment e occupabilit\u00e0 degli adulti svantaggiati<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>obiettivi.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2- T<\/span>Corso di pioggia in Islanda<\/span>\u00a0sul cambiamento climatico, l'arte e l'artigianato dal titolo \"Cambiamento climatico, artigianato e arte\" per l'adulto migrante sentinella<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>categorie, con la partecipazione di 5 formatori MVI. L'attenzione si concentrer\u00e0 sullo sviluppo delle conoscenze e dei metodi NFE per promuovere il dialogo.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>sulle strategie per il cambiamento climatico e sugli atteggiamenti inclusivi tra le categorie di adulti migranti e convenzionali attraverso l'Art,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Artigianato.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2-\u00a0<\/span>L'osservazione del lavoro<\/span>\u00a0presso CRN<\/span>\u00a0(Berlino, Germania),\u00a0<\/span>con la partecipazione di 3 membri del Consiglio direttivo MVI.
