Inoltre, ASSETS promuove l\u2019inclusione sociale dei migranti nei paesi dell\u2019UE, dando loro la possibilit\u00e0 di entrare nel mercato del lavoro attraverso le nuove competenze acquisite.<\/p><p><strong>Inizio:<\/strong> 31-12-2020 - <strong>Fine:<\/strong> 30-12-2022<br \/><strong>Riferimento del Progetto:<\/strong> <span>2020-1-SE01-KA204-077926<\/span><br \/><strong>Contributo EU:<\/strong> <span>178850 EUR<\/span><br \/><strong>Programma:<\/strong> Erasmus+<strong><br \/>Azione chiave:<\/strong> Cooperazione per l'innovazione e scambio di buone pratiche<br \/><strong>Tipo di azione:<\/strong> Strategic Partnerships for adult education<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ARGOMENTI DEL PROGETTO<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Per affrontare <strong>questione dei migranti<\/strong> e promuovere <strong>l\u2019inclusione sociale<\/strong>Gli obiettivi del progetto sono i seguenti:<\/p><ol><li><strong><u>Inclusione sociale<\/u><\/strong>: sostenere i migranti e aiutarli a superare l'esclusione sociale che affrontano quotidianamente. Grazie all'acquisizione di competenze di base STEM, si sentiranno pi\u00f9 qualificati e competenti nell'ambiente di lavoro.<\/li><li><strong><u>Pratiche innovative nell'era digitale<\/u><\/strong>creare una piattaforma elettronica che sia una piattaforma raggiungibile e una piattaforma basata su contenuti arricchiti<\/li><li><strong><u>Sostenere la creazione e l'accesso ai percorsi di riqualificazione<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> I migranti potranno guardare i video delle migliori pratiche di migranti che hanno sviluppato una carriera legata alle STEM e che sono stati assunti, utilizzando il programma di formazione online come primo passo per costruire la loro carriera.<\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>GRUPPI TARGET<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Il gruppo target di ASSETS coinvolto nel progetto sar\u00e0 composto da:<\/p><ul><li>Gruppo target diretto: Educatori per adulti, formatori, operatori sociali che lavorano con i migranti;<\/li><li>Gruppo target indiretto: migranti (di et\u00e0 superiore ai 21 anni) che incontrano difficolt\u00e0 nell'accesso al lavoro.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>APPROCCIO \/ METODOLOGIA<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Questo progetto mira a sviluppare percorsi innovativi di crescita in ambito STEM per entrambi i gruppi target coinvolti, utilizzando un approccio interdisciplinare.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>ATTIVIT\u00c0 DEL PROGETTO<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Attivit\u00e0 da svolgere durante il progetto:<\/p><p><u>Joint Staff Training Event<\/u> un totale di 30 partecipanti (5 per Paese partner) con il seguente profilo: educatori per adulti, formatori, operatori
