Educate Educators \u00e8 un progetto di mobilit\u00e0 del personale dell'educazione degli adulti. L'obiettivo \u00e8 quello di fornire all'organizzazione candidata il personale e le capacit\u00e0 organizzative necessarie per fornire\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>questo scopo cruciale<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>attraverso metodologie innovative in grado di migliorare il suo raggio d'azione nei confronti del pubblico di riferimento, nonch\u00e9 il numero e la qualit\u00e0 delle sue attivit\u00e0 in una prospettiva locale ed europea. Questo progetto prevede 2 corsi di formazione e 1 Job Shadowing in cui\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>Raibais<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>I membri dello staff di Kakis faranno esperienza con l'NFE e l'Outdoor Education.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
