\u201cRe(IN)novating Marketing Strategy Across Semi-professional Female Teams\u201d (RINMSASFT) ha mirato a rafforzare i manager di squadre sportive femminili semi-professioniste attraverso un processo di up-skill legato alle strategie di marketing, comunicazione e visibilit\u00e0.<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il progetto ha perseguito la priorit\u00e0 specifica del programma Erasmus Plus Collaborative Partnership relativa a promuovere e sostenere la buona governance nello sport<\/strong> con un'attenzione specifica alla priorit\u00e0 principale di promuovere e migliorare l'uguaglianza di genere nello sport.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nella relazione del Comitato per le Pari Opportunit\u00e0 per le Donne e gli Uomini su \u201cDiscriminazione contro le donne e le ragazze nello sport\u201d (2005), la sezione \"Sponsor e finanziamenti\" fornisce dati chiari ed esempi notevoli di questa disparit\u00e0<\/strong> in merito alla minore importanza espressa dai manager nei confronti dei team femminili.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Il tema principale del progetto \u00e8 stato migliorare la buona governance nello sport.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cDurante i cinque anni dal 1992 al 1997, il denaro versato nello sport femminile dagli sponsor \u00e8 pi\u00f9 che raddoppiato, passando da 285 milioni a 600 milioni di dollari. Questo rappresenta un progresso, ma le cifre sono ancora rivelatrici di ci\u00f2 che resta da fare\u201d. La cifra totale ha ormai superato il miliardo di dollari, ma gli sponsor pagano 25 miliardi di dollari all\u2019anno per lo sport maschile. Eppure, senza sponsor seri o finanziamenti adeguati, lo sport femminile non \u00e8 praticabile, come alcuni esempi chiaramente dimostrano\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
