Il progetto ha affrontato la sfida attuale del l'UE di rafforzare lo spirito imprenditoriale delle giovani donne, aumentare i tassi di creazione di imprese e fornire percorsi alternativi per l'occupabilit\u00e0 e la realizzazione personale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le sfide affrontate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scoraggiare gli atteggiamenti sociali e culturali nei confronti delle imprenditrici<\/li>\n<li>Livelli inferiori di competenze imprenditoriali tra le donne<\/li>\n<li>Reti imprenditoriali pi\u00f9 piccole e meno efficaci per le donne<\/li>\n<li>Quadri politici che scoraggiano l'imprenditorialit\u00e0 femminile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Approccio:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'approccio YFEP offerto giovani donne motivate un programma all-in-one che comprendeva:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contenuti e strumenti online<\/li>\n<li>Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Attivit\u00e0 di gruppo<\/li>\n<li>Supporto multi-mentor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>per ampliare le loro conoscenze sull'imprenditorialit\u00e0 e sulla gestione sostenibile, migliorare gli atteggiamenti e promuovere le competenze necessarie per avviare e gestire un'impresa e, soprattutto, responsabilizzarli con il supporto di un programma multi-mentore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Necessit\u00e0 di un progetto transnazionale:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 necessario un progetto transnazionale perch\u00e9 un approccio congiunto potrebbe essere pi\u00f9 efficace per affrontare le questioni sociali comuni legate ai NEET e alla disoccupazione giovanile, in particolare quella femminile. Il modello di sviluppo collaborativo della comunit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 essere utile per promuovere migliori reti locali collegate con altre organizzazioni con buone competenze nel lavoro con i giovani a livello europeo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supporto multi-mentor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il supporto individuale e globale offerto dal programma ha l'obiettivo finale di aumentare la motivazione e di guidare le partecipanti nella pianificazione della loro attivit\u00e0 passo dopo passo. I partner selezioneranno professioniste con diverse specializzazioni (finanza, marketing, vendite, gestione delle risorse umane, redazione di business plan, pianificazione aziendale, gestione del tempo...) e condivideranno con le partecipanti i collegamenti esistenti con potenziali clienti e fornitori, al fine di creare una rete di supporto strutturata e funzionante. In questo modo, le giovani partecipanti saranno responsabilizzate e sostenute da professioniste senior con un'ampia gamma di competenze e background professionali. Le attivit\u00e0 si svolgono attraverso una piattaforma di comunicazione e apprendimento attrezzata per facilitare la cooperazione e la comunicazione tra tutte le parti coinvolte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risultati del Progetto:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tutti i risultati sono stati multilingue e comprendeva:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un corso di formazione per operatori giovanili e formatori, testato durante una settimana di mobilit\u00e0 del personale<\/li>\n<li>Una guida e strumenti per le giovani donne con idee imprenditoriali e la motivazione per realizzarle<\/li>\n<li>Un protocollo per coinvolgere stakeholder e specialisti per supportare i giovani partecipanti<\/li>\n<li>Un manuale per specialisti ed esperti, in particolare donne, sulle tecniche di mentoring e coaching per supportare i giovani partecipanti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Gruppo target:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Giovani donne con un background svantaggiato<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obiettivi del progetto:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) Unire le competenze e le conoscenze dei 6 partner, per costruire un GRUPPO MULTIDISCIPLINARE che lavori per risolvere i problemi comuni, consolidando e ampliando l'ecosistema locale esistente e attrezzandolo per sostenere il gruppo target durante le attivit\u00e0 proposte nel partenariato della durata di 24 mesi.<\/li>\n<li>b) Modificare il programma del PEG su cui si basa questo progetto, aggiungendo elementi specifici (programma multi-mentoring, educazione imprenditoriale, come coinvolgere e parlare con le famiglie) e facendolo valutare durante la formazione comune.<\/li>\n<li>c) Selezionare e coinvolgere 25 mentori tra i numerosi contatti dei partner per migliorare il programma multi-mentore proposto e garantire un supporto adeguato.<\/li>\n<li>d) Preparare e testare un corso di formazione volto ad aumentare le competenze e le abilit\u00e0 di 15 FORMATORI nominati dalle organizzazioni partecipanti per istruire 50 GIOVANI LAVORATORI nell'uso del programma YFE.<\/li>\n<li>e) Elaborare un nuovo metodo per aumentare le competenze trasversali delle giovani donne e rafforzare la loro fiducia in se stesse e testarlo con 100
