SheLeads is a transnational initiative designed to empower women of all generations \u2014 with a strong focus on young and emerging leaders \u2014 who are engaged in volunteering, civic action, or nonprofit work across Europe. Despite their high engagement, many women face systemic barriers to leadership, limited access to EU-level participation, and a disconnect between local actions and broader policy influence. SheLeads directly addresses this gap by building a European network that fosters leadership development, intergenerational exchange, and meaningful participation in shaping the future of the Union.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
