The project intends to offer a valuable solution against youth unemployment by creating specific paths for enhancing such abilities and building up youths\u2019 entrepreneurial mindset and Centru pentru Cooperarea in Educatie Sociala \u2013 ACCES (Romania)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>PROJECT TOPICs:<\/strong><\/p><p>Entrepreneurial learning &#8211; entrepreneurship education, Labour market issues incl. career guidance \/ youth unemployment.<\/p><p><strong>TARGET GROUPs:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Youth workers<\/li><li>Staff members<\/li><li>Youth<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>PROJECT\u2019S OBJECTIVES:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>To promote entrepreneurial ideas through extra \u2013 curricular activities and courses in view of increasing innovation capacity and opportunistic mindset of potential youth entrepreneurs.<\/li><li>To embed innovative approach towards entrepreneurship in the field of education through mainstreaming the development of entrepreneurial awareness and behaviour.<\/li><li>To encourage youth to take part in entrepreneurial education in view of developing such mindset and stimulate them to better engage in entrepreneurial actions.<\/li><li>To enhance innovative and market \u2013 oriented entrepreneurial spirit among young people.<\/li><li>To demonstrate the benefits of multidisciplinary and multi \u2013 professional aducational approaches by the development of \u201cTraining guide on entrepreneurial leadership\u201d.<\/li><li>To encourage the development of a multilevel cross \u2013 sectorial system that concretely fosters entrepreneurial learning through direct involvement in entrepreneurial activities.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>APPROACH \/ METHODOLOGY:<\/strong><\/p><p>The project will encourage cross \u2013 sectorial partnership and cooperation at international level, by linking the institutional environment on NGOs with educational institutions and other types of educational providers, in view of operating quality improvements
