Three operators per partner organization\/country were selected: <strong>1 Sport operator, 1 operator from citizens&#8217; groups\/committees (formal or informal), and 1 operator from an NGO.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Neighbourhood Programmes<\/strong><\/p><p>The neighbourhood programmes provided real-time experiences of some practices included in the Curriculum. They were organized in each country and coordinated by trained operators (6 per country from diverse backgrounds) with the support of 2 persons delegated by the local CISCA partner organizations.
