That for the following reason: In ETS, sports elements is considered an educational vehicles to improve social skills, soft skills and learning capacities of the target groups it addresses. ETS methodology will be used in particular during each local activity, where will be sports tournament that will include both young people from ethnic minorities and local young athletes who are able to help overcome communication barriers and increase mutual understanding.<\/p><p><strong>PROJECT RESULTS<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">IO 1: Research about the good practices on
