Development of the Entrepreneurial MIND-SET in creative persons<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

The COVID-19 pandemic has not only limited the way people can relate to each other and perform their most basic every-day-tasks, but has also had a significant impact on the regular delivery of education, training and youth policies. One of the sectors hit the most by the pandemic were creative industries.\u00a0
The main directions creative industries need support are:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 to be innovative in their creations\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 to be leaders and initiators\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 to be ready to face any new unexpected risks and societal challenges\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

One of the skills that will solve all the\u00a0above mentioned\u00a0challenges is Entrepreneurship\u00a0,\u00a0which\u00a0is\u00a0an\u00a0absolute\u00a0“must-have”\u00a0skill\u00a0in\u00a0now\u00a0days\u00a0tech-dominated\u00a0world.\u00a0Proposal\u00a0aims\u00a0not\u00a0only\u00a0to\u00a0give\u00a0entrepreneurial\u00a0skill\u00a0to\u00a0creators,\u00a0but\u00a0actually\u00a0will\u00a0focus\u00a0more\u00a0on\u00a0Entrepreneurial\u00a0MINDSET\u00a0development.\u00a0The\u00a0project\u00a0will\u00a0try\u00a0to\u00a0change\u00a0the\u00a0way\u00a0the\u00a0target\u00a0audience\u00a0think\u00a0and\u00a0act\u00a0developing\u00a0their\u00a0creations.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

–\u00a0Young people, as Entrepreneurial Mind-Set is not only valuable for persons in creative industries, it increases the quality of life of any person\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

PROJECT\u2019S OBJECTIVES<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

The OBJECTIVES of the project are:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

–\u00a0Development and implementation of innovative practices of teaching Entrepreneurship MIND-SET to creative persons\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

–\u00a0Increase sense of initiative and entrepreneurship among people from creative industries\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

APPROACH \/ METHODOLOGY<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

The project will produce a modern asymmetric e-learning course on developing an Entrepreneurial Mind-Set. The course will focus on characteristics the individual should have in order to be a successful entrepreneur – Decisiveness, Goal setting, Time management, Confidence, Initiative, Accountability,\u00a0Self Motivation, Resilience, Humility and ability to work in teams are part, but not all characteristics that the e-learning course modules will teach.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Project ACTIVITIES<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

The project foresees\u00a0four partners meeting and\u00a0the realization of five Intellectual Outputs:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Transnational Partners\u2019 meetings:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– Kick-off Meeting in Athens (Greece)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– TPM2 in Sassari (Italy)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– TPM3 in Blagoevgrad (Bulgaria)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– Final Evaluation\u00a0Meeting, online.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Development of the E-learning course will be divided into 5 outputs:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– IO 1:\u00a0Module #1 – DECIVENESS – ability to take decisions quickly and confidently.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– \u00a0IO 2:\u00a0Module #2 – CONFIDENCE – knowing how to act confidently when one actually\u00a0do\u00a0not know what should be done.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– IO 3:\u00a0Module #3 – ACCOUNTABILITY –\u00a0taking\u00a0responsibility\u00a0for\u00a0own\u00a0actions\u00a0and\u00a0outcomes.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– IO4:\u00a0Module #4 – RESILIENCE –\u00a0quality\u00a0of\u00a0recovering\u00a0quickly\u00a0from\u00a0failure\u00a0and\u00a0adversity.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

– IO5:\u00a0Module #5 – HUMILITY –\u00a0freedom\u00a0from\u00a0pride\u00a0or\u00a0arrogance\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0quality\u00a0or\u00a0state\u00a0of\u00a0being\u00a0humble.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n
