(Germany)<\/p><p><strong>Participating Countries:<\/strong> \u00a0<\/p><ul><li>DOREA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE WTF (Cyprus)<\/li><li>MINE VAGANTI NGO (Italy)<\/li><li>CENTER ZA IZOBRAZEVANJE IN KULTURO TREBNJE\u00a0JAVNI ZAVOD (Slovenia)<\/li><li>FUNDACJA INSTYTUT BADAN I INNOWACJI W\u00a0EDUKACJI (Poland)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Project dates:<\/strong> <span>01.12.2020 \u2013 30.11.2022<\/span><\/p><p><span>Flip Edu Up (FEU) aims to\u00a0<\/span><span>modernize<\/span><span>\u00a0adult education and training system as well as improve the capacity of adult educators by promoting and implementing blended learning approach to change\u00a0makers adult education institutions, policy makers, adult educators as well as adult learners.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Events and Project target groups: <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Target Group:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p>European adult\u202feducation\u00a0centers\u00a0and adult\u202feducators searching for support to improve their\u202fcompetences in teaching and digital skills and\u00a0digitalize\u00a0their teaching\u00a0programmes.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Events:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p>The multiplier events will aim to\u202fpresent project results (guidelines and online courses at the\u202flocal\u202flevel).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>The format\u202f\u2013workshop, aiming to engage the participants in active learning.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>The final international conference will be aimed at stakeholders in the field of adult education coming\u202ffrom different sectors, such as training institutions,\u202fVET providers,\u202fpolicymakers, public bodies, and\u202fother educational institutions. It will aim to present project results as well as raise awareness about\u202fthe blended learning\u00a0approach in adult education and how this approach can be used to promote\u202flifelong learning\u00a0and\u202fattract more adult learners.\u202f\u00a0<\/li><li>The format\u202f\u2013one day conference with project\u202fmanagement team, adult educator and guest speakers\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Intellectual Output:<\/strong><\/p><p><span>IO 1:\u00a0Methodology, Quality Assurance and Evaluation Guidelines for Blended Learning Approach in\u202fadult education\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span>IO 2:\u00a0Online courses to support adult educators in their implementation of blended learning approach\u202fin their classroom<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Project objectives<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0is\u00a0supportive of the identified priorities as follows:\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Improve the teaching skills of adult educators\u00a0<\/li><li>Improve the digital skills of educators as well as adult learners\u00a0<\/li><li>Improve the capacity of adult educators to deliver a\u00a0high-quality courses\u00a0using\u202fblended\u202flearning approach\u00a0<\/li><li>Raise awareness and promote lifelong learning among adult learners through blended\u202flearning\u00a0<\/li><li>Support\u00a0modernization\u00a0of education as well as training systems, making learning systems\u202fmore innovative, flexible and efficient\u00a0<\/li><li>Support and provide the education system with the tools to adapt to the future, especially to\u202fforce majeure situations (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.) for the learning not to stop\u00a0<\/li><li>Smoothen the transition of adult learning from traditional classroom to online
