Topic: We are seeking five local individuals from Tempio Pausania to join a training course designed to equip adult educators and trainers with practical skills for supporting foreign adults.This mobility hosting a total of 15 participants, focuses on enhancing trainers’ abilities to foster employment, integration, and personal and professional development among foreign adult populations. Participants will engage in hands-on training with project-developed tools, provide constructive feedback, share experiences with peers from various countries, and strengthen their capacity to deliver impactful guidance. What will be done: This project aims to promote social inclusion across European Union member countries, with a strong emphasis on Spain, Italy, and Lithuania. It seeks to enhance the employability of adult foreign populations by developing tailored tools and resources that support skill development, career readiness, and integration into the workforce. Additionally, the project strengthens adult education by providing targeted learning programs, fostering awareness of diversity and inclusion, and encouraging cultural exchange.
