Action: Youth Exchange

Topic: Empower young female participation in social entrepreneurship on an equal footing with male youths by means of a customized and tested approach of Non Formal Education with the aim of empower young females (aged 18-25) potential social entrepreneurs in rural areas as well as youth organizations and operators that work with the target on a regular basis as agents of entrepreneurial education.
Empowering female participation in entrepreneurship connecting the latter with the analogous challenge felt in the Eastern Partnership with a view to producing models of success characterized by general applicability and potentially replicable/adaptable to transnational initiatives of cooperation between Europe and other continents/regions of the World.

The Youth Exchange will involve 7 young males and females, aged 18-25 coming from rural areas

Date: 26th of July – 2nd of August 2022

Where: Sinaia, Romania

To improve youth skills that are likely to be in high demand in the post-coronavirus world, youth exchange “Promovent” will be organized at the end of July and beginning of August 2022. To be more exact, this project seeks to:

1) Foster the assessment of transversal skills
2) Promote the take-up of practical entrepreneurial experiences in education, training and youth work
3) Support the production and adoption of Open Educational Resources in diverse European languages
