Mine Vaganti NGO is looking for 4 educators for Erasmus Plus “Improved Employability Through Circular Economy Education For Adults” joint staff training event!

✏️What? 

– Providing comprehensive joint learning and exchange between the participants on tools and methodologies to foster Circular Economy and sustainability through art, craft and NFE methodologies

– Create and test Project Training Format produced by Consortium Partners

– Lay the foundation for the co-creation of the activities to be included in the next project phase and tested in the local phase in which participants from this training course will be involved in local workshops with unemployed adults. They will test the activities to be included in the next project result and lay the foundation for the co-creation of the video-tutorials.

Action: Training Course

 

Topic: 

The active role of citizens and their direct participation are extremely important in combating climate change and other human actions that harm the environment. That is why it is essential to focus on raising awareness, civil science in the context of the environment, and citizen involvement (European Green Agreement). Actions under this topic should enable citizens to act on climate change and for sustainable development through education based on the recommendations of the European Green Deal. Intervention addressing these issues should foster the development and implementation of a multidisciplinary competences within the context of lifelong learning for the improvement and assessment of knowledge, skills and attitudes of citizens and in particular young people on climate change and sustainable development. The development of specific educational programmes, curricula, trainings, networking activities and exchange of good practices can engage and realise the behavioral changes needed for a successful transition. This is the reason why, IDEA will integrate Circular Economy technicalities into a comprehensive Non-Formal Education programme providing the abovementioned target group with specific competencies (knowledge, skills, and attitudes).

– Providing comprehensive joint learning and exchange between the participants on tools and methodologies to foster Circular Economy and sustainability through art, craft and NFE methodologies – Create and test Project Training Format produced in R1.

– Lay the foundation for the co-creation of the activities to be included in the R2 and tested in the local phase – Local workshops involving participants in the C1 as trainers and unemployed adults, to test the activities to be included in the R2 and lay the foundation for the co-creation of the video-tutorials to be included in R3.
