Collaborative Sport Big “ADMINS”

ADMINS

Objective of the project

Project objectives / is supportive of the identified priorities as follows:

The project addresses the need of fostering the job-related skills and competences of sports administration employees, who in turn strengthen the capacities of sports organisations and contribute to better governance in sports

The project will develop an innovative programme that will support the development of knowledge and skills and the performance of sports organisations and sport in general. Participants’ learning will be supported by several experts from different relevant fields, with a single objective: to provide sports administrators with the knowledge, skills and competences to improve their performance and that of their organisations, thus further contributing to the development of sport. The learning process is divided into six educational modules, relating to sports management, marketing activities, event organisation, sports law, office management, EU project writing, drafting and communication. These modules will be based on a personalised curriculum, which will be developed in accordance with research previously conducted on the needs of sports administrators working in sports organisations in all partner countries involved.

Develop a complete curriculum, consisting of 6 custom modules to provide sports administrators with knowledge and skills to help them make sports organizations more efficient and tailored to users’ needs. The modules will be intuitive, simple, easy to learn, perfectly developed for all newcomers, but also for current sports administrators with primary and secondary education.

 

Develop an online learning platform, which will support the modules of this project.

 

The project aims to respond to the need to improve the professional skills and competences of sports administration employees, which in turn strengthen the capacities of sports organisations and contribute to better governance in the field of sport.
